1. Connection speed. The video clips will look best if you are using a high-speed connection. If you are using a dial-up connection, or if the video is not playing well, it may be helpful to click on the Pause button, give the video some time to download and be stored in temporary memory, and then to click on the Play button again. 2. Player software. The video player utilizes your Windows Media Player to play the videos. If you do not have this installed, the videos may still play but may not be at optimum quality.
