To apply stationery to all your outgoing email (Outlook Express)

Note: Stationery is only available if you use HTML as your email editor.

You can select a default stationery that will appear in all your outgoing mail.

  1. Click the Tools menu, and then click Options.... This opens the Options dialog box. Click the Compose tab (Figure 7).

  1. In the Stationery area, select the Mail check box, and then click Select.... This opens the Select Stationery window (Figure 8).

  1. Click on the File name you want to use as your default stationery and then click OK. This closes the Select Stationery window.

  2. On the Options window, click OK. This sets the stationery as your default, so it will appear each time you create a new message.
